Novus maintains contract success in West Midlands

Contract-wins5Novus Property Solutions has won a string of commercial and residential maintenance and refurbishment contracts worth in excess of £550,000 in the West Midlands region.

In Stafford, the national construction company’s team is replacing 46 kitchens in Ministry of Defence-owned properties for MoDern Housing Solutions. The work also involves asbestos removal, replastering and electrical upgrades.

In Newcastle-under-Lyme, Novus is completing external upgrade works, including block paving, tarmacking, fencing replacement and groundworks on the Poolfields Estate for Aspire Housing.

The Stoke-on-Trent-based firm has also completed external roofing works and internal fire risk upgrade works at the Birmingham Marriott Hotel on Hagley Road; and has carried out redecoration of communal areas at Henry Court in Coventry. This is a sheltered housing scheme for elderly people owned and managed by Anchor.

Andy Woodhouse, regional operations manager for Novus, said:

“This string of high profile contract wins in our target markets showcases out ability to deliver robust, effective maintenance and refurbishment solutions across a range of sectors.”
