Northview were seeking to create a canteen/restaurant space that would become the collaborative and social hub of the new head office and awarded OCS the three-year catering deal as a result of its quality-driven service offering and ability to respond to evolving business needs.
The catering offer will include the provision of food for around 500 employees and visitors in the staff restaurant; a zest bar and continental, hot and porridge breakfast; a call-order deli bar, fresh soup, hot desserts and jacket potatoes for lunch; a cake bar; 24 hour vending; hospitality catering; and a number of free issue kitchenette/coffee areas.
OCS has worked with Northview to introduce a range of innovations including a cashless system with contactless or credit card payment and a waste to water machine.

Other services delivered by OCS through the total facilities management contract include general office cleaning, reception and meeting room management, manned guarding, installation and maintenance of CCTV and access controls, remote monitoring, planned and preventative maintenance, waste management including confidential waste, pest control and hygiene service.
