OCS expands deal with Central and North West London NHS Foundation Trust

OCS has expanded its pre-existing £10 million+ soft services contract with Central and North West London NHS Foundation Trust (CNWL) through the Trust’s wholly owned subsidiary company Quality Trusted Solutions (QTS).

OCS has been working with the Trust for 12 years and the extended contract, which commenced on 14 May 2018, sees a further 13 of the Trust’s sites in Milton Keynes added to OCS’s remit to provide cleaning and waste services, adding to the 82 sites where OCS provides a full range of soft services.

Derrick Andrews, Operations Director for OCS Healthcare & Education, commented: “This is testament to the close working partnership that OCS has established with CNWL over the past 12 years and more recently with QTS. We will continue to collaborate with QTS and CNWL in finding ways that our best practice and their clinical knowledge can lead to an exemplary level of service for patients.”

Formed in 2002, CNLW is one of the largest NHS Trusts in the UK. It employs roughly 7,000 staff and provides more than 300 different health services across 150 sites.

Quality Trusted Solutions (QTS) is a wholly owned subsidiary company of CNWL which was launched in April 2018. As part of its remit QTS manages FM services on behalf of CNWL.
