The Birmingham arm of workplace consultancy, Office Principles is forecasting a turnover of approximately £10 million at the end of its first official quarter trading in the Midlands.
According to the design, fit out and workplace consultancy the business’ immediate commercial success is down to its newly recruited “dream team” of top level directors, creative and technical designers, senior commercial surveyors and operations managers.
Led by Business Development Director, Gary Tailby and Project Director, Tina Batham, most of the members of the senior team are well-known to the Midlands commercial property scene having been active in the region for some time and have a long-standing reputation for their knowledge and expertise.
Delighted with the team’s early success, Joint Managing Director of Office Principles, Cyril Parsons said : “We invested in Birmingham as it’s a location pitched between our Manchester office and our showcase Reading and London offices. It’s ideally placed to provide a base for our team to serve our growing national portfolio and it fits with our strategy to put down roots in areas that will appeal to those clients looking for a second base outside of London.

Providing a halfway hub between Office Principles’ offices in Manchester and London, along with its head office in Reading, the latest space, taken by Office Principles on Temple Street in April of this year, places the company at the heart of Birmingham City Centre and gives the team a solid base to operate from as it continues to build strong relationships and to strengthen its identity in the region.
