Pareto Facilities Management Ltd, has won a total FM contract with Aspire Via Studios, a newly founded inspirational charity that develops creative spaces designed to help artists, the community and good causes.
Aspire Via Studios currently has spaces on London’s Southbank and in Islington, the organisation is adding further locations to its portfolio in the coming year. The contract will see Pareto deliver the full suite of facilities services including management, compliance, engineering, cleaning, security and projects.
During mobilisation of the contract the funding for one of Pareto’s apprentices on a different contract unfortunately ceased. Due to the close working partnership forged during implementation, Pareto proposed an option to Aspire Via Studios to relocate the apprentice to the Southbank site. The Aspire Via Studios client immediately offered to co-fund the role and agreed to the move.
Colin Kimber, Associate Director of Pareto FM, said: “The strength of relationship we have with Aspire Via Studios meant I could immediately discuss the proposal with the client. The success of the mobilisation meant this would provide a fantastic experience for a young person and to be an active part of the growing partnership.”
Both Aspire Via Studios and Pareto are fully committed to apprenticeships with Pareto spending 100 per cent of its apprenticeship levy on an annual basis. Pareto works closely with the apprenticeship training providers to create a fully supportive working environment coupled with strong workplace mentoring which is fully endorsed by Aspire Via Studios.
