Pareto FM appointed to £35bn government framework

Pareto Facilities Management has secured a place on the Crown Commercial Service Facilities Management & Workplace Services framework (RM6232).

The company has been awarded a place in Lot 1(a), Lot 1(b), Lot 3(a) and Lot 3(b), which will entitle Pareto FM to tender on individual contracts worth up to a value of £10 million per annum each, depending on the Lot.

According to Pareto FM it is estimated that hundreds of providers bid to gain access to the framework however only 15 – 25 per lot are successful, adding that the achievement of being awarded a place on this framework puts Pareto amongst the leading providers within the facilities sector.

Andrew Hulbert, Pareto FM, Managing Director commented: “This was one of the most detailed, professional and challenging tender processes the business has been through in its lifetime. The level of depth, rigour and robustness in the process ensures that only the top few percent of the sector can gain access to this framework. We are absolutely thrilled with this result and once again are delighted to lead the way for SME’s within the facilities sector, showing the art of the possible. I’m incredibly grateful to my team that made this possible.”

FMJ has teamed up with leading outsourced communication provider, Moneypenny, to host a webinar ‘Outsourcing to help win the race for talent’ on June 28th at 11am.

This webinar will look at how outsourcing is a cost-effective and highly relevant strategy to not only counter the race for talent, but to build greater agility, expertise, infrastructure and resource into business. In particular it will acknowledge the operational challenges facing FMs as the UK starts its return to the workplace.
