Pareto FM has been appointed by rural broadband internet service provider, Gigaclear, to provide a range of facilities management services to its portfolio of properties across the UK.
The terms of the deal will see Pareto FM deliver all associated hard services including engineering, compliance and projects as well as a full suite of soft services.
The contract runs across the full Gigaclear network from Daventry to Cheltenham, with the potential for additional sites in the future.
Gigaclear was established in 2010 and its ultrafast broadband network now reaches homes and businesses in more than 450 communities across 22 counties.
