Pinnacle Group has won a five-year deal with Arpeggio Properties Limited to provide integrated property management and maintenance services to 38 bespoke supported living units in the Ocean House development in Barnet.
Since early November, Pinnacle has been providing management services, including; letting, rent collection, repairs and maintenance, voids management, planned preventative maintenance, lifecycle and cleaning, and grounds maintenance.
Pinnacle is working with Next Step Support, who provide care and support to the occupants of these and units and who have worked across a number of London boroughs, providing supported living services. Its support service and accommodation is provided to adults in need of support, covering a diverse range of needs including mental health, learning disability, and substance abuse.
