The construction and facilities management business has been awarded a one-year contract to provide planned preventive maintenance (PPM) services at the Lillie Square development in West London.
As part of the contract with Management and Capital & Counties Properties PLC, Polyteck will deliver PPM services to over 400 high-end residential apartments. Services will cover flat smart controls, as well as heating and ventilation systems.
Located where Kensington, Chelsea, and Fulham meet, Lillie Square is a series of new homes designed by internationally acclaimed Sir Terry Farrell. Accommodation includes one to three-bedroom apartments, lateral penthouses, and four and five-bedroom townhouses.
As well as being home to London’s largest private residents club spanning 18,000 sq ft, the development is set around a series landscaped gardens inspired by London’s historic garden squares and designed by former Chelsea Flower Show winner, Andy Sturgeon.
Polyteck continues to strengthen its position in the high-end residential market, having already signed FM deals with The Stratford at Manhattan Loft Gardens, a multi-million-pound development in Stratford, London, and the Beach Tower, a 34-storey luxury residential tower in Doha, Qatar.
Alex Georgiev, Operations Director, Polyteck Group, said: “We are delighted to have secured a contract with such a prestigious client and are confident our experience in high-end residential will make this a highly successful project.”
