Premium Support Services Ltd has renewed and extended its contract to deliver cleaning services to The John Lewis Partnership through the CBRE managed services contract.
The original contract term commenced in October 2016 for 130 locations included the flagship Oxford Street, Peter Jones and Canary Wharf stores as well as Group HQ at 171 Victoria Street and in 2018 the contract was expanded to include a further 41 locations.
Following a commercial procurement exercise with CBRE the new contract retains the majority of existing locations, adds a further 106 locations and runs until 2024.
