Quoting and proposal software company, QuoteOnSite, has signed a two-year agreement with Platinum Facilities to provide cloud-based quoting tools for 100 employees.
The technology led hard FM service provider has been using QuoteOnSite, with branded templates, customer engagement tracking and analytics, since 2018 and this agreement deepens the partnership between the companies.
QuoteOnSite will also be providing quote management dashboards to Platinum Facilities’ clients, enabling them to easily track and respond to proposals for work.
Glen Cardinal, Managing Director Platinum Facilities commented: “Using QuoteOnSite has enabled us to manage all our quotes and proposals from a central platform, with agreed workflows. Quoting now takes a fraction of the time, enabling us to respond quickly to client requests, while streamlining back-office operations to save time.”
