Richard Irvin FM lands £7m deal with Scottish veterans charity

Provider of technical facilities management and energy solutions for commercial property and domestic housing, Richard Irvin FM Limited, has secured a four-year contract with Erskine, a care organisation for ex-service men and women in Scotland.

The £7 million deal, which comes with the option of a one-year extension, will see Richard Irvin FM providing mechanical and electrical services, building fabric and grounds maintenance, as well as energy management and project services.

Established in 1916, Erskine provides nursing, residential, respite and dementia care in four homes throughout Scotland to nearly 1,000 veterans and their spouses each year.

Commenting on the contract award,  Mark Buchan, CEO, Richard Irvin FM said: “We look forward to working with and supporting Scotland’s leading veterans charity.

“This a landmark and prestigious addition to our portfolio of long-term contracts and recent new contract wins, the delivery of which will be led by our managed services Division Director Stuart Lawrie.”
