Corporate office FM specialist, Anabas, has been appointed by utilities giant, RWE, to deliver integrated facilities management services across six of its UK sites, including its prestigious head office in Swindon.
The five-year multi-million-pound contract commenced in December 2020 and Anabas has successfully implemented the smooth transition of services from RWE’s incumbent supplier.
The new contract will see Anabas provide a number of FM services including reception, security, mailroom management, cleaning, waste management, mechanical and electrical maintenance and building fabric maintenance.
