Forty new members of staff have been taken on by maintenance and painting specialist Seddon Property Services in Scotland to help deliver its new contract with leading affordable housing provider Home Scotland, part of Home Group.
The company has recruited the new staff members, including tradespeople, managers, administration staff and supervisors, to join the team working on its five-year contract to provide reactive maintenance services for Home Scotland for 3,500 of its homes. In addition, the company has launched a new fleet of 20 vans that will be used by its team to reach Home Scotland customers across Scotland.
The Seddon team carries out responsive repairs for Home Scotland including joinery, painting, plumbing, gas services, plastering and roofing work.

Seddon Property Services now has 179 members of staff working across Scotland.
