Senior hire at Incentive QAS to support growth strategy

Bryan Haley has been appointed to the role of Business Development Manager at Incentive QAS to further support the ongoing development of the commercial cleaning specialist following its growth over recent years.

Haley will be supporting the commercial team with all new business development opportunities, as well as the delivery of the Incentive QAS sales strategy. He will assist with all lead generation, and act as bid manager for all new business opportunities. The role also includes ownership of the company CRM system and Incentive QAS tender platforms.

Haley joins Incentive QAS from GSF, where he has gained 13 years of industry experience in a variety of roles. In the last few years, he headed up business development on a national level prior to his move.

Commenting on his appointment, Haley said: “It’s an exciting time in my career to join Incentive QAS. My previous experience and training from the development scheme has provided me with the skills and confidence to tackle this role.  
 
“Having initially started as a cleaning operative and progressing through various management positions, I have great operational appreciation which means that I can truly understand our customer requirements, and provide solutions that will address all of their needs.”David Brown, Commercial Director, Incentive QAS, also commented on Haley’s appointment, he said: “This is a unique time for the cleaning industry as organisations transition back to the office environment. With his grass-roots understanding of the industry, and enthusiasm to succeed he’ll make a great addition to Incentive QAS.”
