Servest Food Co wins Scottish heritage deal

Servest’s catering arm, Servest Food Co., has secured a contract to operate the café at Dean Castle Country Park, part of East Ayrshire Leisure in Scotland.

The park is currently nearing the end of a major redevelopment project. The all new look café, complete with a mezzanine level and surrounded by glass to allow views out over the country park, will provide visitors an all-new food offer alongside the newly improved facilities.

As part of the contract, Servest will also be providing food for the many events that take place at the park throughout the year.

Servest’s Tony Winterbottom, Business Director for Catering, commented: “We’re delighted to be partnering with East Ayrshire Leisure on such an exciting new contract. The Servest team are thrilled to be moving into the heritage and leisure market and we’re really looking forward to supporting Dean Castle Country Park in further enhancing what is already a wonderful visitor experience.”
