Service Works Global launches FM Tech Survey 2020

Service Works Global is conducting research in partnership with leading FM journals FMJ (UK) and FM magazine (Australia), to find out how you are using technology in your role through a short survey.

The facilities management software company is asking FM industry professionals in all roles for their feedback on technology – the good, the bad and the wish list. How do your experiences compare with the promise of sweeping technology changes? Are FMs now freer to focus on strategic improvements due to easy access to data and automation, or is technology just an essential part of dealing with the level of client expectation and increasing competition?

Your responses will help to provide analysis and insight into the use of technology in Australia and across the world. This will enable FMs insight into future trends to stay ahead of the curve, and be able to benchmark against the industry as a whole.

The results will be published so that you can see how you compare to others within the sector.

As a thank you, you will be entered into a prize draw. One winner will be picked at random to receive £250 of shopping vouchers, with two runner up prizes of £100 each for a store of choice.
