Shepherd FM, has announced the renewal of its contract to provide mechanical and electrical (M&E) services and helpdesk support at Standard Chartered Bank’s headquarters at 1 Basinghall Avenue, London.
Since establishing the partnership in 2009, Shepherd FM and Standard Chartered Bank have championed an innovative and collaborative ‘One Team’ partnership, which has seen the facilities management team fully integrated into the bank’s day-to-day operation.
The contract will now run for another two years and will see Shepherd FM’s in-house team continue to provide a CRES Helpdesk, round the clock reactive M&E and planned preventative maintenance and will also see the introduction of Shepherd’s coveted compliance tool ACT.
The renewal was secured after a formal tender process that saw Standard Chartered Bank carry out a full pricing and best practice audit.
Noel Clancy, CEO for Shepherd FM commented:
“Our partnership which began in 2009 goes from strength to strength.
“The ability to form an intrinsic partnership was a fundamental component during the tender selection process.
“We have an exceptionally strong team in place and I am proud of what they have accomplished. Our relationship with the Bank’s team is unwavering, based on a very trusting and open relationship. We are working together to achieve great things.”
