WorldPay, which processes almost half of all card transactions in the UK, has selected privately owned Shepherd FM to deliver facilities management services across much of its UK operations.
Under the contract, Shepherd FM will carry out a range of facilities management (FM) duties, such as mechanical and electrical (M&E), catering, fabric, projects, landscaping and snow and ice services to a number of WorldPay offices across the UK, including sites in London, Gateshead and Cambridge.
Shepherd FM’s team is delighted to add WorldPay to its blue chip client base. Noel Clancy, Chief Executive of Shepherd FM, explains:
“At a time when so many are focusing purely on cost, it has been refreshing to work with a client who understands true value.’
Stuart Charlton of WorldPay, commented:
“We were impressed with the attitude, professionalism and attention to detail demonstrated by the entire Shepherd FM team throughout the tender process. We have every confidence we can form a true partnership and in doing so make our facilities best in class.”
The £7.5m deal, which went live on the 1 November, has options to run through to 2018.
