With over 10 years’ experience working in facilities management for both investors, occupiers and managing agents, including two years at SHW, Thompson has worked to implement ESG and key FM initiatives whilst engaging with occupiers and clients to reduce the impact of properties, while improving their performance.
Based in SHW’s London office, Thompson will be responsible for the facilities management and risk management teams across the firm’s network of offices, along with the delivery of its sustainability service across the property management division and supporting the wider business.
