Hann brings with her over 25 years of leadership and experience in the commercial furniture sector, having worked with end-user clients such as Direct Line, Chevron, BG Group, Amex, Vodafone, TFL, GE Healthcare, OpenText and LinkedIn. In one of her last major roles as MD of Sedus, her leadership led to achieving 10 per cent growth in UK market share and substantial profitability. Then moving to Insightful Environments, she played a key role in delivering 25 per cent year-on-year growth.
With full responsibility for the leadership and development of Sketch, Hann will play a key role in meeting the company growth plan as well as building on the firm’s reputation for service and delivery to professionals and clients. She will work alongside the Sketch Board to drive the company forward.
A core focus for Hann and the team is to support clients with their sustainable workplace principles, with a particular focus on adding value to the development and delivery of their real estate and WELL building strategies. One recent example of this is the project at Deloitte’s new UK and North West Europe headquarters at 1 New Street Square, EC4 – the largest office in the world to achieve the highest WELL and BREEAM ratings.
Speaking about her new role Hann said: “What we do at Sketch is affected by constant changes in the world of work. Our clients want experts who understand how to help them adapt to new technology, the evolving demographic profile of the workplace and what people are keen to experience at work. Sketch is that kind of business. For me, leading the Sketch team, is a great opportunity to work with clients to drive change and deliver value in what is an exciting and fast-moving market.”
Gary Chandler, CEO of Fourfront Group added: “Sue has a keen focus on driving growth and commercial performance whilst maintaining a strong culture. Sue’s impressive knowledge and track record makes her the perfect candidate to lead the next stage of Sketch’s development and I am delighted to have her onboard.”
