Sodexo awarded place on CCS Estate Management Services framework

Sodexo’s Integrator business has been named as a supplier on the £500 million Crown Commercial Service’s (CCS) Estate Management Services (EMS) Framework (RM6168).

This national framework is available to all UK public sector bodies to easily access services from a range of suppliers who have already gone through a procurement process to assess the quality and price of services.

Sodexo will deliver services in three categories:

  • Total Estate Management
  • Surveying and Strategic Advice
  • Integrated Workplace Management

Sodexo’s property management team currently manage over 2,500 properties with a total spend of £1.5 billion. Services include strategic property advice, building acquisition and disposal, operational asset and property management, as well as programme and project management.
