Student Loans Company signs Atalian Servest for FM deal

Atalian Servest has won a three-year facilities management contract with the Student Loans Company.

Under the contract terms, Atalian Servest will provide several key services to the Glasgow and Darlington portfolio including critical engineering, statutory compliance, security, cleaning, helpdesk and CAFM services.

Daniel Dickson, CEO of the UK and Ireland for Atalian Servest, said: “We won this new contract due to our comprehensive experience with similar public sector environments, our technical offering and contract innovation. We are delighted to embark on a new relationship with the Student Loans Company and look forward to a successful and collaborative long-term partnership.”

Mark Cassidy, Head of Estates and Sourcing at Student Loans Company, commented: “Student Loans Company employs 3,300 people across five locations and the comfort and safety of colleagues is something we take extremely seriously. We look forward to working with Atalian Servest to maintain high standards in the working environment for all at SLC.”

The new deal, which comes with a two-year extension option, expands the number of  government contract successes for the global services provider.
