The social housing energy services group’s wholly owned subsidiary, K&T Heating Services, has retained a long- term gas servicing, repair and installation contract with L&Q.
The contract, which commenced on 1 May 2022 is capped at eight years and is expected to generate sales revenue of £68 million over the entirety of the contract term.
L&Q are a large, registered provider of social housing who own and manage more than 95,000 homes across London and the South-East.
Speaking about the contract extension David Greenfield, Managing Director at K&T Heating Services, said: “We are delighted to have been selected as one of the social housing service providers for L&Q. We have had a long term and trusted relationship, working in partnership with L&Q since 2013 and have developed a reputation for quality delivery of gas compliance services. This eight-year contract win recognises the importance of K&T Heating Services’ client relationships, service quality and focus on delivering important critical services for social housing communities.”
