Bespoke contract caterer, Talkington Bates, has secured three new contract wins worth a total of £2.5million and retained a contract following a 100 per cent sales uplift.
Global specialist finance company, The Falcon Group, who recently moved to its newly renovated site on Lombard Street, the European Banking Authority and the International Institute of Anti-Ageing, have all awarded the caterer with new deals.
Offering restaurant standard food for The Falcon Group’s staff members, plated dishes are the order of the day with the food complementing the office’s hotel-style aesthetics.
Meanwhile the location of the European Banking Authority on the 46th floor of One Canada Square, Canary Wharf, means demands are slightly different – focussing on hospitality catering for large events.
The International Institute of Anti-Ageing (iiaa), a provider of business services and prestige brands to the UK and Ireland Professional Skincare industry, was gained after a competitive tender process. Employees of JVCKenwood and Casio, who are situated in the same location as the iiaa, will also benefit from the catering services which will be located in the staff and visitor restaurant. Talkington Bates has committed a new catering offer to meet with the needs and values of the iiaa assuring high quality, fresh ingredients for nutritious and wholesome food. Early indications show that uptake has increased by 20 per cent month-on-month.
Janice Talkington, Joint Managing Director of Talkington Bates, commented: “We have always been committed to providing the absolute highest standard of catering and these recent contract wins are testament to this. Our insistence on bespoke solutions has a proven track record and by continuing to put our clients at the heart of everything we do, I’m confident that we can continue to deliver innovative solutions to all types of businesses.”
In addition to the new wins, Talkington Bates has successfully retained its contract with pharmaceutical manufacturer, Bio Products Laboratory, following a successful three years which has seen improved loyalty and perception of the catering offer and a sales increase of over 100 per cent.
