Contract caterer Talkington Bates has been awarded a contract by Moog Aircraft Group, a leading company providing repair and overhaul services for the international aerospace industry.
Talkington Bates won the business to deliver a full range of catering services. in a competitive pitch against three other contract catering companies.
Under the rolling contract worth in the region of £200, 000 per year, Talkington Bates provides catering for the 450 staff working at the company’s aerospace engineering and manufacturing centre in Wolverhampton. There, workers can enjoy full menu options from a selection of hot dishes, a deli bar which offers a variety of freshly prepared sandwiches, wraps, jacket potatoes and salads. The caterer is also running a coffee bar complete with an extensive range of hot and cold drink choices, plus a popular ‘grab ‘n’ go’ offering for workers in a hurry.
In addition, the caterer provides a solution for Moog’s hospitality catering – from canapés and bowl food to buffet and fine-dining, as well as homemade cakes, biscuits and pastries for meetings.
