Bellrock Group’s FM, asset and project management software business, Concerto, has been awarded a new contract with Thurrock Council in Essex.
The implementation of the Concerto property and asset management modules will include all aspects of managing the property portfolio including planned and reactive maintenance, and estates and projects. The Concerto suppliers’ portal and mobile app will drive process and operational efficiencies. Access to real-time data and management reporting including photographs, method statements, risk assessments and root cause analysis will enable the supply chain and client organisation unrivalled transparency of service standards and costs.
