Thomann-Hanry visits Great Ormond Street Children’s Hospital to present funds raised from their London to Paris cycling extravaganza….

Last week, the stone restoration and cleaning specialists, Thomann-Hanry, visited Great Ormond Street Hospital to hand over their inspiring fund raising efforts following a gruelling journey which saw 8 cyclists undertake an impressive 300 miles trip from London to Paris.

Thomann-Hanry-Bike-RideTeam cyclists Barry Donegan and Jules Liew, both of Thomann-Hanry, visited the London hospital to present the £5,885 cheque. After a tour of the hospital and seeing the impressive plans Great Ormond Street has to expand and redevelop a huge section of the hospital by 2017, Thomann-Hanry’s team met and chatted to team members about the work they do and the tremendous courage shown by the children in the hospital on a daily basis.

Barry Donegan of Thomann-Hanry had inspired the team in their efforts:

“Having the chance to personally visit Great Ormond Street Children’s Hospital is truly the cherry on top of the cake to end this effort. It means a great deal to us personally and we were honoured to be taking on this challenge in aid of such a great charity. We’d like to thank all those involved and of course, Thomann-Hanry for all their support in helping us reach our financial aim.”
