Titan Group acquires Greenflame

Specialist provider of built-environment services, Titan Group, has today (27 March 2015) completed its acquisition of the commercial and domestic gas servicing and building maintenance specialist, Greenflame.

Titan says with a high quality management team, and established engineering base, Greenflame, whose expertise and range of services include heating and boiler plant, plumbing and sanitation, water treatment and air conditioning, brings a strategic offering with strong growth potential.

Oliver Hutley, managing director of Titan Group, commented:

“We are delighted to have acquired Greenflame. This acquisition will enable us to further develop a market-leading built-environment service that will continue to benefit from the increased demand across the Group’s key market sectors. The Greenflame business benefits from our centralised cost-base while its location and existing client-base will provide access to larger contract opportunities.”
