Tivoli launches following ISS Landscaping acquisition

Following completion of its acquisition of ISS Landscaping today (1 June), Tivoli Group Limited, a company backed by Sullivan Street Partners, has launched and begun trading.

Strengthening its position as a specialist grounds maintenance provider, Tivoli’s strategy is to continue to self-deliver grounds maintenance, landscape construction, arboriculture, winter maintenance and interior plants and floristry services to its public sector, defence and corporate clients across the UK.

Investments are being made in improved systems and processes which Tivoli says will enable the business to “grow and build” on the success it has achieved over the past thirty years.

Phil Jones, Managing Director, Tivoli said: “This is a new and exciting opportunity for the business to take hold of its independence and concentrate on what we do best which is to deliver excellence to our clients.  Focused on our talented and committed people, our community spirit and our passion to create and transform our landscapes into safe, functional and beautiful spaces, Tivoli will become a real force to be reckoned with.”

Richard Sanders, Director, Sullivan Street Partners added: “We are delighted to have acquired the ISS Landscaping business via Tivoli.  As an independent company focused on grounds maintenance we will build a market leading service for our clients and strive to be the best employer in the industry.”

In a representation of Tivoli’s commitment to effective delivery and to sustainable best practice, the new branding depicts a bee (a symbol of productivity and sustainability) within a flower (representing harmony and the environment).
