Terry Waldron has been appointed to CH&Co Group’s board of directors in the role of group relationships director.
Her core responsibilities in this new role will include building key client relationships and leading the strategic direction of business development.
Waldron joins CH&Co from Barclays Group plc where she has worked for the past 10 years, latterly as global facilities director. She has expertise in delivering complex FM deals through partnerships and maximising value for clients and users, and is committed to and known for engaging with employees to develop dynamic, talented and diverse teams.
Waldron also works to improve employment opportunities for London talent as a trustee of the East London Business Alliance (ELBA) – a charity that connects businesses and communities across the capital to create positive change and tackle the issues that determine social mobility. She also chairs its Employment and Skills board and is a director of London Works.
