Wates Facilities Management has renewed its service agreement with the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA).
The new five-year agreement will see Wates FM delivering comprehensive FM services for the organisation’s London-based HQ and principal administration offices in Glasgow. These include planned and reactive mechanical and electrical services, front-of-house and porterage resources as well as cleaning, hospitality, reprographics and project management.
The new FM agreement extends Wates’ previous four-year contract with the ACCA, one of the business’ highest profile public interfacing clients.
James Gregg, Managing Director of Wates FM commented: “We have strong and highly skilled teams in place in London and Glasgow, which have provided an impeccable service on behalf of the ACCA over the past four years. The agreed continuity of service has been made possible through close collaboration and integration of our respective management teams as well as a thorough understanding of our client’s strategic aims.
“This partnership approach will be fundamental to ensuring a seamless transition into our new service agreement and maintaining the exceptional performance we have achieved to date.”
Lloyd Lewis, ACCA’s director of Global Business Services added: “We are pleased to extend this contract with our partners Wates. Their team is part of the ACCA team, supporting colleagues and providing a great level of service and support. The extension of the contract provides a level of continuity that is much needed in these exceptional times.”
Wates FM will be delivering the services in partnership with two service providers; cleaning firm Managed Property Services and catering contractor Bartlett Mitchell.
