Wates Smartspace secures IFM deal with Horder Healthcare

Wates Smartspace’s facilities management business has won a three-year contract with healthcare provider, Horder Healthcare, to deliver hard services across two of its medical centres and three outreach clinics in the South East of England.

The contract will see Wates Smartspace FM deliver integrated FM services including building and grounds maintenance at The Horder Centre in East Sussex, in addition to three outreach clinics and another medical centre in the region.

Wates Smartspace FM will also deliver statutory compliance through its in-house, bespoke Assurance Compliance Tool (ACT).

Horder Healthcare is a registered charity, providing consultant-led independent healthcare for its patients, from initial consultation and diagnostic tests through to surgical treatment and rehabilitation. With over 50 years’ experience of providing healthcare to the local community, it is nationally recognised for providing outstanding treatment in the orthopaedic, musculoskeletal (MSK) field and a range of plastic and reconstructive surgery.
