Westgrove empowered by new recruitment process

The Warrington-based facilities management company has streamlined its recruitment process by 30 per cent following the launch of a new internal recruitment platform.

Saving time, energy and money, The Westgrove Group says Internal Recruiter has “empowered” its recruitment team by providing a secure cloud-based platform that organises and collaborates recruitment across all locations.

The bespoke recruitment platform is helping Westgrove to speed up the recruitment process and assists with reaching all of the popular job boards quickly and easily. The company is able to recruit its own talent by posting vacancies to all job boards at the touch of a button. Applicants CVs, reports on activity, candidate information and prospect data are all in one place.

HR Manager Hannah Denning said: “Our colleagues are at the heart of our business. We recruit from different backgrounds, looking for customer service skills above all else. Our bespoke recruitment platform helps speed up the process and helps us reach all the popular job boards quickly and easily. Internal Recruiter has made a phenomenal impact – we’ve streamlined our process by 30 per cent. We have a real time view of vacancies locally and nationally and we’ve been able to organise and collaborate recruitment across all our locations”.

Will Fairhurst from Internal Recruiter commented: “We are proud that Internal Recruiter has been able to help The Westgrove Group streamline their recruitment processes across multiple sites. We’re looking forward to developing a long-lasting relationship with The Westgrove Group.”

Waste Management and Recycling Survey

FMJ in conjunction with Grundon Waste Management have launched the 2022 survey into how FMs approach their waste management and recycling responsibilities.

It’s the fifth year for the annual appraisal, and as we return to normal, there is a real opportunity for FMs to reappraise their waste and recycling operations and look at new, smarter waste management strategies.

In order to understand how FMs have navigated their way through the last year and their plans for meeting stringent waste and recycling targets we’ve posed a series of questions which include insights into FMs’ waste management strategy and targets, such as zero waste and landfill, the types of waste organisations produce and what helps FMs promote waste management in their organisations?

Please share your experiences and opinions on waste management. The survey will take just five minutes to complete, and as a thank you for taking part, respondents will be entered into a prize draw to win a £150 Amazon gift card.
