Oberholzer first joined the company in 2015 as a Chef Manger and was promoted to Account Operations Manager at the Royal College of Nursing in April 2017.
This latest promotion is an operational role which sees Oberholzer work alongside three other Wilson Vale general managers to lead its operational teams across 95 diverse catering sites.
Speaking about his appointment Oberholzer said: “My new role is far reaching, encompassing everything from project management and facilities to training & development, succession planning and resource planning, as well as managing the logistics of a multi-restaurant catering operation, driving quality standards and keeping our teams motivated and fulfilled and clients happy.”
