Zip Water launches revitalised aftercare service plans, HydroCare and HydroCare Plus

Flexible plans provide complete peace of mind for FMs

The two new plans are: HydroCare and HydroCare Plus. HydroCare includes regular, pre-scheduled services and inspections (depending on usage), taste filter changes, system sanitisation, and unlimited call outs – parts and labour are also included in the monthly fee. HydroCare Plus includes all of the above with the additional benefit of limescale management, important for systems in hard water areas or those who simply want to prevent potentially damaging limescale build up. With over 60 percent of the UK being affected by hard water, this option is vital in ensuring a product’s longevity. The agile options ensure customers have the right service plan for their requirements and that the high-performing products continue to deliver quality filtered water, whatever the water condition or volume of usage.
