Pareto FM wins contract at iconic B:Music Birmingham venue

Following a competitive tender process, Pareto FM has won the mechanical, electrical, and fabric maintenance contract at B:Music, Birmingham’s iconic Grade I listed Town Hall.

The contract will see Pareto provide planned and reactive maintenance & electrical (M&E) services, alongside delivering a programme of specialist projects to ensure the historic fabric and technical infrastructure of the building is preserved and future-proofed. The scope includes building optimisation, compliance assurance, and technical support to enhance the venue’s operational resilience and long-term sustainability.

Chris Barnes, Account Director at Pareto FM, commented: “We are incredibly proud to partner with B:Music on such a culturally significant site. Maintaining a Grade I listed building of this stature requires deep respect for its heritage and a forward-thinking approach to how we manage its performance. Our team is excited to support the delivery of exceptional visitor experiences while protecting the building’s legacy for future generations.”

Nick Loveland, Chief Operating Officer at B:Music added: “We are delighted to welcome Pareto FM as our new M&E and fabric maintenance partner. Their technical expertise and tailored approach were clear from the outset. We look forward to working closely with their team to ensure our spaces remain safe, welcoming, and world-class for performers, audiences and communities alike.”
