Group CEO appointment at Clearway

Phil Doyle has been appointed as the new Group CEO of pan-European security services provider, The Clearway Group. He succeeds Peter Eglinton, Group Executive Chairman, who has successfully led the organisation through a significant period of growth and transformation over the past two years.

Doyle joins Clearway with more than 20 years of senior leadership experience in the security and safety industry.  His previous roles include Vice President at Bosch Security Systems, Regional Director at AXIS Communications, and most recently, Chief Business Officer at BauWatch. Doyle’s deep industry expertise and commercial acumen will play a crucial role in driving the Group’s continued growth across its core markets.

Clearway has had an exciting two years, marked by acquisitions, entry into new markets and strategic customer success. This has included further development in the UK and France plus expansion into Germany and Austria, extending its customer base to include national and international clients, accessing new sectors and realising a significant expansion of its security solution offerings throughout Europe.

Commenting on the appointment, Jonathan Brod, Managing Partner at Next Wave Partners said: “We are immensely grateful to Peter for his outstanding leadership and the positive impact he has made at Clearway. We are excited to welcome Phil, whose track record, coupled with his strategic vision align perfectly with our ambitions for the continued growth of the Clearway Group. We are excited to see what future successes Phil and the management team will deliver as they continue to expand into new areas.”

Under Doyle’s leadership, the Group will embark on the next phase of its strategic growth across the UK and Europe.

Having spent time with the experienced management team in recent months, Doyle said: “I’m really looking forward to what we can do next. The Group has grown significantly during the last two years under Peter’s stewardship, and I am looking forward to the challenge to continue that great work, supported by the entire Clearway team.”
