WPS, the property services arm of Wates, has extended its facilities management contract with the global body for professional accountants, ACCA by a further two years.
Celebrating a successful partnership spanning 10 years, the contract extension will see WPS continuing to deliver technical planned and reactive maintenance, workplace management, and cleaning for the organisation’s London-based HQ and principal administration offices in Glasgow.
With thousands of employees and visitors passing through the two hubs each year, ACCA represents WPS’ most prominent public-facing FM customer, underlining the critical importance of ensuring a seamless and positive experience for building occupiers and end-users.
