Total Fire Safety joins Compliance Group

Compliance Group, a leading provider of building compliance services, has acquired Total Fire Safety, a highly respected specialist in passive fire protection. This marks Compliance Group’s 18th acquisition, further strengthening its passive fire protection offering at a time of rising regulatory standards and growing market demand.

Founded in 2011, Burton upon Trent-based Total Fire Safety delivers a comprehensive range of fire safety services, including critical passive fire protection solutions across fire doors and fire stopping, alongside fire risk assessments.

The addition of Total Fire Safety to Compliance Group’s portfolio strengthens its passive fire protection capabilities and expands its delivery capacity. This enables the group to offer more comprehensive fire safety solutions to its thousands of clients nationwide, who already rely on Compliance Group for a wide range of services across Fire, Electrical, Water, and Air building compliance.

Total Fire Safety will continue to operate under its current leadership, with Managing Director Richard Lawson and his dedicated team of nearly 20 professionals.

Lawson said of the acquisition: “Joining Compliance Group gives us the support and scale to grow, while continuing to deliver the high standards our clients rely on. We’re proud of what we’ve built and confident that this partnership will help us do even more – it’s a great fit and a great future for everyone involved.”

Sarah Dixon, CEO of Compliance Group commented: “Total Fire Safety brings deep technical expertise and a strong customer-first culture that aligns perfectly with our own. Their team enhances our passive fire safety offering and helps us continue to meet rising demand across the UK. We’re thrilled to have them on board.”
