Compliance Group, a leading provider of safety and regulatory compliance services, has appointed Scott McKay as the Managing Director for its Fire division.
McKay is a seasoned and established leader in the fire and security space, bringing over 25 years of industry experience to the role. Beginning his career as an apprentice electrician before moving into Fire and Security, he progressed through multiple roles, building hands-on expertise from the ground up.
Throughout his career, he has successfully managed P&L responsibility across mid-sized and large-scale operations. He is renowned for delivering sustainable growth in revenue and profitability. His key achievements include transforming businesses into profitable and stable enterprises and consolidating multiple businesses under a single brand to strengthen market presence, streamline operations, and enable long-term expansion.
