Compliance Group announces strategic rebrand to Complii

Compliance Group has unveiled its comprehensive group rebrand to Complii, reflecting a bold new vision for building safety and compliance.

The strategic move unifies its group of market-leading businesses in water, air, fire and electrical compliance under a cohesive group brand identity, which will streamline client experiences by offering comprehensive building compliance services from a single, trusted partner.

Complii brings together the capabilities of multiple specialist businesses, following 18 acquisitions to date, with further growth planned. Each business now operates under the unified group brand. This ensures continuity for customers while making it easier to access Complii’s complete range of compliance services.

The name Complii and its new visual identity, featuring two dots side-by-side, represent the company’s core philosophy: a partnership that stands shoulder-to-shoulder with its clients. It represents a fundamental shift from a transactional service provider to a fully committed partner, dedicated to achieving shared safety goals through collaboration and complete clarity.

The launch includes a new company name, a redesigned website, and updated branding rolled out across all company assets.

Sarah Dixon, CEO of Complii, commented on the strategic move: “We are incredibly excited to introduce Complii. For too long, the compliance industry has been fragmented. Complii challenges that by creating a single, reliable partner for all safety and regulatory needs. Our new name reflects our promise to our clients – the two dots in ‘Complii’ signify that we are by their side, every step of the way, making it easier than ever to ensure their buildings, people and assets are safe. By bringing our talented people together as one Complii team, we are not only streamlining our services but also creating a central hub of innovation to better serve our customers and lead the industry forward.”

Complii is an Ansor portfolio company. Ed Ainsworth, Ansor Partner, commented: “The launch of Complii is the successful execution of our core strategy: to create value by consolidating a fragmented market. The nature of building compliance creates risk and administrative waste. Complii eliminates this friction. By uniting 18 specialist businesses under one powerful brand, we deliver a single, reliable partner that provides complete clarity and comprehensive coverage. This strategic unification establishes a new, higher standard of safety and efficiency, delivering significant and lasting value to our clients.”

The way we work has changed – yet, many organisations are still relying on rigid, one-size-fits-all tools to manage desks and meeting rooms, according to a new study from workplace management solutions provider, Matrix Booking.

Spreadsheets, calendars, and generic booking software may have worked once, but they’re struggling to keep pace with today’s flexible, hybrid workforce. The result? Wasted time, frustrated employees, and expensive underutilised space.

Matrix Booking’s new study, ‘One-size-fits-all booking systems don’t work for today’s workforce’, explores why current systems are falling short – and how organisations can reimagine workspace management to boost efficiency, employee experience, and cost savings.
