Tendra Technical Services has set out its strategic plan for the next 3 – 4 years after bringing together its three operational companies for the first time following their acquisitions.
Established by the Triton Smaller Mid-Cap Fund II (Triton) in December 2025, Tendra’s aim is to become a leading and trusted household name in UK technical services for the built environment sector.
Currently comprising of The James Mercer Group, Fletchers Engineering and Coat Facilities Group, Tendra has proactively united businesses with a proven track record of technical excellence, strong client relationships, and a commitment to quality and safety.
In bringing together the leaders of all three businesses for the first time since being acquired, they identified how Tendra can harness the strength of its individual operating companies while creating greater value through coordinated strategy, shared capabilities and a stronger Group identity.
This included the identification of several near-term opportunities to drive growth by unlocking revenue synergies and establishing operational collaboration between the companies and concluded in the roll out of its aligned strategic framework.
Already operating at pace, Tendra is on track to finalise its next acquisition within the coming months.
Greg Davies, CEO of Tendra Technical Services, said: “Our first group offsite day proved incredibly valuable. The level of engagement, openness and energy in the room was outstanding and the mindset of all leaders is exactly what we need as we establish Tendra as a household name in the built environment sector. I am incredibly excited for the coming weeks as we put our plan into action, drive increased collaboration and look to our next acquisition opportunities… Watch this space!”
