Facility, engineering, transport and infrastructure solutions provider, ABM, has completed its previously announced acquisition of WGNSTAR, a leading provider of technical and operational solutions for the semiconductor and high-technology industries.
WGNSTAR operates across the United States and in Ireland, delivering technical and operational solutions through a highly skilled workforce of more than 1,300 employees and long-standing client partnerships.
