Acivico FM has been awarded a place on the Northern Housing Consortium (NHC) Active Fire Framework, strengthening its ability to provide high‑quality fire safety consultancy services to local authorities, combined authorities, ALMOs and associations that provide social housing for tenants in the North.
The framework provides NHC members with access to approved, competent suppliers to help them meet their fire safety responsibilities and manage risk across a wide range of building types.
Through the framework, Acivico FM will be able to support housing providers with fire risk assessments, inspections and related advisory services, helping organisations understand their obligations and take proportionate, well‑informed action.
Acivico FM has a strong track record of working across the public sector including healthcare, education, housing and infrastructure.
Gareth Longley, Business Development Consultant at Acivico, said: “Being appointed to the Northern Housing Consortium Active Fire Framework is an important step for Acivico FM. It allows us to support more housing providers through a trusted and compliant procurement route, offering clear, practical fire safety advice that helps organisations manage risk and meet their responsibilities with confidence.”
