Ranger Fire and Security has acquired Midlands-based MarkOne Safety Solutions, further expanding its presence in the West Midlands and strengthening its capacity to deliver comprehensive fire safety services across the UK.
MarkOne Safety Solutions specialises in the design, supply, installation, commissioning and maintenance of fire safety and emergency lighting systems. Over its near 20-year history, the business has built a strong reputation for delivering tailored and high-standard fire safety solutions to customers, ranging from small retail outlets to large multi-site corporate organisations.
The company provides services that span the entire lifecycle of fire safety systems, from initial system design and full installation to specialist commissioning and ongoing service and maintenance, ensuring systems always perform to the highest standards
MarkOne will continue to operate under the existing leadership of Managing Director Mark Haynes, while retaining the same team and technical expertise that has helped the company achieve its strong reputation in the sector.
The acquisition of MarkOne builds on Ranger’s initial purchase of Ignis Fire Protection, another Midlands-based business, further enhancing the Group’s presence and local expertise in the region, improving resourcing and efficiency, and enabling it to serve a broader customer base with a wider range of services.
