Amulet secures contract with the Institute of Directors

Specialist security provider, Amulet, has expanded its corporate portfolio with a five-year (3+2) security contract with the Institute of Directors (IoD) for the provision of guarding services at the IoD’s iconic members’ club at 116 Pall Mall, central London.

This is the first time Amulet has delivered security for the organisation, following the continued success of its sister brand, Portfolio, which has delivered cleaning services for the IoD since 2021. Together, the two brands will provide an integrated soft services solution for one of the UK’s most prestigious business institutions.

Amulet was awarded the security contract following a competitive tender, impressing with its forward-thinking approach, deep sector expertise and ability to guide the client on future innovations for the heritage-listed site. Amulet’s status as an employee-owned business also made it stand out from the field.

A dedicated core team of officers will be supported by a relief team to ensure service continuity and deliver on the IoD’s busy events programme.

This contract award follows Amulet’s recent win with the Bank of England for the provision of security guarding services at its headquarters on Threadneedle Street in London, and the Bank’s printing facility in Debden.
