Cardo appointed to £1.5bn Repairs and Maintenance Framework

Cardo, a provider of building maintenance services to social housing providers and public bodies, has secured a place on Notting Hill Genesis’s (NHG) £1.5 billion Repairs and Maintenance Works Framework. The partnership, which will span up to 15 years, supports the delivery of vital services across Greater London and surrounding areas.

The framework, designed to elevate service standards and ensure best value, will see Cardo maintaining and improving thousands of homes. With NHG’s projected spend of £600 million and potential third-party call-offs reaching £900 million, the framework represents a significant investment in the future of social housing.

Simon Will, Executive Director at Cardo, commented: “This award reflects the dedication and expertise of our teams. We’re committed to delivering high-quality, responsive maintenance that puts residents first, and we’re excited to bring that ethos to Notting Hill Genesis over the long term.”
Cardo joins a select group of contractors appointed to the framework, which was procured under the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 using an open procedure. The agreement allows for direct awards and mini-competitions, with call-off contracts lasting up to 15 years.

“This milestone reinforces Cardo’s position as a trusted provider in the housing sector, committed to excellence, collaboration, and community impact.”
