Charlotte Rogers joins Corps Security as divisional director for London

Corps Security has appointed Charlotte Rogers as Divisional Director – London.

With considerable experience leading large-scale security operations, and a background spanning guarding, security technology and risk-led service delivery, Rogers will lead Corps Security’s London division, bringing her approach of aligning operational delivery with commercial strategy to drive client retention, efficiency and growth across the region.

Rogers brings a blend of deep operational expertise and strong commercial acumen to the role. She recently held the position of Director of Operations at Bidvest Noonan, where she led the integration of a strategic acquisition, overseeing a UK-wide portfolio. Previously, Rogers held Director of Operations and Regional Director positions at Ward Security, where she held full profit and loss responsibility for an extensive portfolio and led the company’s national expansion into the Midlands and the North.

Mike Bullock, CEO of Corps Security, said: “Charlotte’s ability to lead high-performing operations at scale, combined with her commercial expertise, makes her a strong addition to our team. London is a critical market for Corps, and we’re confident Charlotte will make an immediate impact.”

Rogers said of her new appointment: “I am delighted to be joining Corps Security. Great operations are about building teams that genuinely add value for clients and drive sustainable results for the business. Corps has a strong reputation and clear sense of purpose, and I am looking forward to contributing to that in London.”

FMJ and Watco Webinar: Meeting compliance in a new culture of accountability

From January 2026, the Building Safety Regulator (BSR) formally separated from the Health and Safety Executive (HSE). Created under the Building Safety Act 2022 in response to the Grenfell Tower tragedy, the BSR is designed to raise safety standards across the built environment and introduce a stronger culture of accountability, transparency, and proactive risk management.

This shift places facilities managers in a more strategic safety assurance role – far beyond routine maintenance.

FMJ and Watco are hosting a webinar on 22 April at 11:00am to explore what this new regulatory landscape means for FMs. To register for the webinar click here.
