Complii, the newly rebranded Compliance Group and a leading provider of building compliance services, has acquired Parr Fire Protection Services Ltd, marking the company’s the 19th acquisition.
Parr Fire Protection Services brings decades of expertise in fire safety with a focus on fire alarms, emergency lighting, extinguishers, and a range of complementary services, including fire risk assessments and training.
Parr Fire will continue to operate under its current leadership, with Managing Director Ian Blackledge and Operations Director Dale Jackson remaining at the helm alongside their dedicated team.
Blackledge said of the acquisition: “Joining Complii is an exciting step forward for Parr. Our customers will continue to receive the same high-quality service they expect, now with the added support of Complii and access to an even broader range of building compliance services.”
